Delete Your Zalchos Account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the Zalchos customer app (com.zalchos.customer) and the Zalchos Driver app (com.zalchos.driver), operated by 2800119 Alberta Inc.

Option 1: Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Zalchos or Zalchos Driver app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't open the app, email support@zalchos.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". Include your full name and the phone number on the account. We will reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and saved addresses.
• Your sign-in and notification settings.
• Driver profile details and location data.

What we keep, and for how long

• Order, payment, payout and tax records that we must keep by law. These are kept in a form that is separated from your profile for up to 7 years [confirm with your accountant], then deleted.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet liquor-licensing rules, only for as long as needed.

Payment and payout details held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's own policy; deleting your Zalchos account does not delete records Stripe must keep.
